Free Discovery Session
To ensure our coaching partnership is the right fit, you'll have the opportunity to connect with Dr. Doug. During this initial visit, you can share your aspirations and learn about the coaching process, helping you decide if this is the ideal environment to achieve your goals. Complimentary 30-minute discovery sessions are provided for prospective clients before committing to a coaching program.

Couples Coaching
While retirement is undoubtedly a personal journey, it also profoundly shapes – and is shaped by – your relationships. Couples, in particular, navigate new dynamics as they discover newfound time together, whether planning extended travels or simply relaxing on the deck. This is why open communication and shared dreaming are critically important. Coaching offers the ideal setting for couples to collaboratively carve out their future together.

Group Coaching
Exploring one’s goals in a group setting allows clients to learn from each other and receive support. Participants benefit from the collective wisdom and diverse perspectives of the group. The coach guides discussions, encourages interaction, and fosters accountability among members, creating a safe space for growth and transformation. In-person, ninety-minute coaching sessions are hosted when 6 – 8 clients are able to commit to ten bi-weekly meetings.
